Return Conditions

• Products intended for exchange or return must be unused, undamaged, with tags intact, and unwashed when delivered to the courier.
• The product must be sent to us within 14 days.
• Returns must be made using our partnered courier services.
• Please fill out the RETURN FORM for the return process.
• Once the product you wish to return reaches us, it will be inspected by our quality control team. Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
