  • Products you wish to exchange must be unused, undamaged, with tags intact, and unwashed when delivered to the courier.
  • You can obtain your shipping barcode from our WhatsApp customer support line.
  • The product must be sent to us within 14 days.
  • Returns must be made using our partnered courier services.
  • Once the product you wish to exchange is received, it will be inspected by our quality control team, and your new product will be sent.
