Lesequence offers return shipping labels for U.S. customers. Using return shipping labels is the recommended way to return your item, as it allows you to track your return and receive your credit faster than sending the item back on your own.

Return shipping labels can be purchased for $4.99 and can be bought, along with submitting all returns, through our Returns Portal.

Yes! Make sure you have the order numbers for all items you want to return handy. Navigate to the returns portal and enter one of the order numbers with your email. On the next screen, click “Check eligibility” at the bottom of the screen and enter an additional order number. Repeat this process for each order with an item you’d like to return with the same label. Once you’ve entered all the order numbers, select all the items you want to return and click “Next.”.

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and "Party Wear" (such as Halloween costumes) are final sale items. These products are non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

• We are not responsible for return packages lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or tracking number when returning items.

• All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from the Online Returns Portal clearly indicating the items being returned. Incomplete or incorrect forms may delay processing.

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

• Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Miami or corporate office.

• We reserve the right to delay refunds until items are received, particularly in cases where fraud concerns arise.

We do not provide cash refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. Returns are accepted for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

We reserve the right to solely define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing";
• An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity for similar reasons.

Non-lesequence items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
