Shipping policy

Order Processing:
All orders are processed and shipped the same day if placed before 3 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Locations & Times:

-United States: Orders ship from our Miami warehouse with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days.

-International: Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 2–7 business days.

Shipping Costs:
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package.

Delays:
While we strive to deliver promptly, unexpected delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues may occur. We appreciate your patience.
